Financial Planning

Have you got a financial plan? Do you need expert financial planning advice?. Feeling confused by your finances is normal. Our clients come with a range of different ambitions and dreams, just as they have a range of different worries and concerns. Wanting a second home is normal, as are concerns about income protection in the event of illness. Whatever your ambitions and concerns are, careful and robust planning is essential.

Here are some questions we commonly receive from clients:

  • Do I need to plan for my retirement now, or can I wait?
  • How can we afford to have a holiday home or apartment?
  • Should I consider taking out life cover to protect my family?
  • How much do we need to save in order for my partner and I to have a comfortable retirement?
  • Is short-term investing too risky?
  • Do I have enough reserves in place for emergencies?

If your question or concern isn’t listed above, don’t worry, our Financial Plans are flexible enough to cater to all needs. So get in touch for an initial consultation

Your Financial Planning Journey

We break down the Financial Plan Journey into four easy-to-follow steps.

Step One

A free, quick phone call or Zoom meeting. Here we determine whether our financial planning services are right for you. If we feel we can work together, we will provide an estimate of fees and details of any additional, ‘value-added’ services we can provide.

Step Two

A longer meeting, at our offices, on Zoom or a location of your choice. This meeting is to help us gain a deeper understanding of your financial planning goals and concerns. Your answers, and the documents you provide, will allow us analyse your finances in detail. Chart and map both pitfalls and opportunities. We then proceed to prepare a Plan.

Step Three

The most significant step on the journey so far! We present our full Financial Plan. This is your blueprint for success. Our plans are tailored specifically for the client, their unique circumstances. Our Financial Plans have two guiding principles; 1) To maximise the client’s wealth, and 2) Avoid financial hardship.

Step Four

Many financial planners stop at Three, but we consider Step Four just as important. There is no point in having a plan, if it isn’t implemented. In the last step of the journey, we supervise the implementation of the plan. We provide the client with clear actions. If necessary, we will also provide new recommendations aimed at ensuring all goals and targets are met.
